This client needed an increase in brightness for their interior common spaces.  Simply converting to LED achieved this goal while still capturing over 50% lighting electric savings. For their exterior spaces, many high, hard-to-access lights were out due to expired ballasts. Converting to LED eliminated these ballasts and restored the exterior lights to 100% operating condition. The increased lifetimes of LED will help the maintenance staff avoid their previous situation of perpetually having several exterior lights outs.
